Let’s Talk
Have a class
discussion on the topic: ‘Importance of Water Bodies’.
Water is the most precious and valuable natural resource
on the earth. Living things cannot live without water. About 70% of the earth is
covered underwater. There are many fresh and clean water bodies on the earth.
Unfortunately, due to human activities water of these freshwater bodies has
become dirty and this results in the death of many aquatic animals. As we know
water is very important for every living organism therefore the sources from which
we get this water is also important for us. If we take care of these water bodies,
we will live a happy and healthy life. Water bodies are important for us
because they provide us water to live or the water that we use in various
household activities. We should protect and preserve our water bodies otherwise we will face droughts which lead to the starvation and ultimately death of
all living organisms including humans. Save Water, Save Life.
